breathe in · 5s

A daily live heart coherence meditation, dropped onto your team's calendar as an optional micro-break.

All you need to do is show up and drop in. Simple breath, awareness, and rest. No yoga mats. No intense breathwork. Ten to fifteen minutes, led by a founder, live.

It runs on Zoom — cameras optional, eyes closed, breath led by voice. Your remote team joins from wherever they work. Your in-office team joins from a conference room or a desk. Same session, one room.

Shift into parasympathetic mode and the energy comes back. That's the whole product.

Your calendar is full. We slot in the breaks that make sense.

People already take breaks. We replace one with a live 15-minute coherence session — at a time your team would actually show up.

These are starting options — early morning (8–9am), midday (around 12pm), early afternoon (around 3pm), end of day (after 5pm). You choose the times that fit your team. Each session is 10–15 minutes, optional, and built around your actual rhythm — not ours.

Discover the power of heart coherence.

When people breathe together, they sync — heart rhythms align, brainwaves entrain. It's a measurable, repeatable physiological state called group coherence, and it's the closest thing your team has to a shared reset button.

A calm heart frees up energy to be present. People who are relaxed are more aware, better at problem-solving, more solution-oriented, more joyful — and just plain more productive. That's not a vibe. It's the parasympathetic nervous system doing its job.

01 · Heart coherence

Calm heart, clear head.

Coherent breathing raises heart rate variability (HRV) — the body's master signal for emotional regulation, focus, and recovery. HeartMath research has documented coherent states improving cognitive performance within minutes.

02 · Polyvagal theory

The vagus nerve is the lever.

Stephen Porges' polyvagal theory shows the vagus nerve as the brake on stress. Slow, extended exhales activate it — pulling you out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-digest. Fifteen minutes a day is enough to shift the baseline over a month.

03 · Group entrainment

Shared coherence is real.

When a group breathes the same pattern, individual nervous systems synchronize. Studies on choirs, drum circles, and meditation groups show measurable inter-personal HRV alignment — a biological signature of belonging, calm, and trust forming in real time.

04 · Parasympathetic mode

Your body's "ready to think" gear.

Modern work runs in sympathetic overdrive — shallow breath, tight jaw, low-grade alertness. Parasympathetic activation is what brings the prefrontal cortex back online. That's where focus, judgment, empathy, and creative problem-solving actually live.

Drawn from research by the HeartMath Institute, Stephen Porges' polyvagal theory, and a growing body of work on respiratory biofeedback and group entrainment. You don't need to read any of it for the practice to work — but if your team has skeptics, the foundation is solid.

Six steps. Live in one week.

Designed to be low-friction for HR and frictionless for the team. No app to install, no behavior to change. Just a calendar invite and a Zoom link.

  1. 01

    Try it free.

One full session, on us. We're confident — once you try it, you'll see why this works.

  2. 02

    Tell us your team's hours.

Two-minute form. We propose times based on physiology — typically 2 × 15-minute blocks at points in the day where a parasympathetic boost lands hardest.

  3. 03

    30-minute team orientation workshop.

We gather your team — in a room or on a call — and run a guided heart coherence meditation together. We walk through the science, answer questions, set the tone.

  4. 04

    Email rollout.

We help you announce it internally. Your team picks the windows that work for them — opt-in, voluntary, no pressure.

  5. 05

    Calendar invite.

Sessions live on the team calendar. Anyone can show up. No yoga mats, no intense breathwork — simple breath, awareness, rest. That's it.

  6. 06

One month. Let the results speak.

Our flagship offer: run it for 30 days. We don't argue with skeptics — we let calmer meetings, sharper afternoons, and a more present team do the talking.

Who leads it.

Two practitioners. Two decades of combined work in breath and the nervous system.

Eddy Kaljic

Eddy Kaljic

Founder · Lead Facilitator

Eddy Kaljic is SĀMA's founder. A decade of meditation practice, most recently a 28-day Sufi heart cycle that reshaped how he holds space. Prior to SĀMA, Eddy led Cambrian and built Earthling — projects at the intersection of attention, intention, and care. He founded SĀMA because the people he loves most — designers, engineers, founders — are quietly running on cortisol. The long game: three billion people, eyes closed, twenty minutes a day.

Estefania Molino

Estefania Molino

Co-Founder · Wellness Curator

Estefania is SĀMA's co-founder and lead facilitator — Wellness Curator, Meditation & Experience Designer. Seven years of international practice across Germany, Spain, the UK, India, Mexico, and the US. Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Holistic Coach, and Sound Healing Facilitator. Her sessions are structured, accessible, and grounded in the body and breath. She believes calm is not a luxury — it is the foundation of good work, clear thinking, and meaningful connection.

"A quiet nervous system is a right, not a perk. Fifteen minutes a day is enough to change the baseline."

Built for teams that get it.

We work with leaders who know that less is more. We're not here to convince anyone — if a daily 15-minute reset for your team sounds like a no-brainer, we're for you.

No commitment. We respond within three business days.

The things People leaders usually ask.

What actually happens in 15 minutes?

You join a Zoom link at the scheduled time, cameras optional. A founder opens with a brief welcome — what heart coherence is, what to notice — then leads the practice: a 5-in · 8-hold · 8-out breath pattern, guided by voice. No small talk, no arrival buffer. We go straight in.

Who leads the sessions?

Founders Eddy Kaljic and Estefania Molino lead every session in v1. As we scale, new facilitators go through rigorous internal training before running a group solo.

What's the commitment?

Your first session is free. After that: month-to-month, 15 days' notice to cancel. If a session gets disrupted on our end, it's credited or re-run.

What if no one shows up at first?

Normal, and expected. We build a soft rollout: pre-launch email, weekly comms templates, champion spotlight. By week three most teams settle into a rhythm of voluntary, consistent attendance — that's the win we're after.
