We begin with a private 15-minute session for the founder, executive, or People leader making the decision. You feel what your team would feel. This is not a pitch. It is the work.
A 30-minute live Reset Workshop. The team experiences the practice, learns the science in plain language, and understands how the pilot will work.
Your team selects when a reset would actually land. Morning reset. Midday reset. Afternoon reset. End-of-day reset. We build the cadence around your schedule, not ours.
We provide the internal copy: announcement email, Slack message, one-page explainer, session reminder language. You send it in your voice.

SĀMA is founded by Eddy Kaljic and led with Estefania Molino. Together, they bring experience in meditation, breathwork, facilitation, and nervous-system training. The work is simple by design: accessible enough for beginners, grounded enough for serious teams, structured enough to become part of the workday.

Estefania Molino
Lead Facilitator
Estefania is a meditation facilitator and experience designer with international experience across Europe, India, and the Americas. Trained as a Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Holistic Coach, and Sound Healing Facilitator, she designs sessions that are structured, accessible, and grounded — especially for people who have never meditated before.

What actually happens in 15 minutes?
Your team joins a Zoom link. Cameras are optional. A facilitator opens with a brief grounding, then guides the room through a simple breath and awareness practice designed to settle the nervous system and reset attention. No small talk. No performance. No preparation. You join, breathe, reset, and return to work.
Is this meditation?
Partly, but we do not lead with meditation language. SĀMA is a practical nervous-system reset using breath, awareness, and guided rest. It is designed for the workplace, including people who have never meditated before.
Who leads the sessions?
Every session is led by Eddy Kaljic or Estefania Molino, SĀMA's lead facilitators. As SĀMA grows, new facilitators go through internal training before leading sessions independently.
What is the commitment?
Your first session is free. After that, SĀMA is month-to-month with 15 days' notice to cancel.
What if people do not show up at first?
That is normal. SĀMA works best when adoption is voluntary. We help with a soft rollout, internal messaging, and team orientation so people understand what it is before the invites begin. The goal is not forced attendance. The goal is a trusted rhythm people choose because it works.
Is this only for stressed or burned-out teams?
No. SĀMA is not positioned as a burnout intervention. It is built for healthy, ambitious teams that want to protect performance before stress becomes the culture.
How do you measure success?
We measure participation, team feedback, perceived recovery, engagement signals, and any KPIs co-defined during onboarding. At the end of the pilot, leadership receives a clear outcome report.
